More EMGW refactoring

  • Move send results from join in other process to main of the same (plugin) process
  • Replace data exchange with file to memory structure in EMG
  • Remove useless rule class name, replace just to counter
  • Optimize default arguments in plugins
  • Avoid tricky callbacks
