CI: order results alphabetically

CI: reorder results alphabetically

Add and run script to reorder the results in an .xml alphabetically by the programs' names.

Add license year and creation date, too. (Update those to 2025 and today, although some files were from 2024.)

Remove redundant entries from .reuse/dep5
