Added NPNStatDatabase class - extended NPNDatabase2 class with statistics and extra information about stored subnets.
Added serializers for Subnets/Lists of subnets/Truthtables. Added serialization for NPNDatabase and NPNStatDatabase classes. Now it can be stored in binary file.
