Investigate SA specifics in EMG

SA plugin was removed long ago. However, EMG has two places with SA: klever/core/vtg/emg/common/c/types/__init__.py:79 and klever/core/vtg/emg/generators/linuxModule/interface/categories.py. Need to investigate and decide if the code is relevant or it can be also removed.
