Update SMG regression tests for external allocation

Fix errors in test/programs/smg_External_Allocation_Test:

  • typo in err_ptr2-1.yml?
  • functionPointer_array_false-valid-memtrack.yml points to the same source as _true-
  • undef.c is duped as undefinedValue1.c
